The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with a large kitchen and bathroom. It was perfect for our group of two couples. The communication with the owner before and after our trip was excellent. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and found the neighborhood to be charming, with its small streets lined with trees. The quilt provided was soft and comfortable.
One of the rooms in the apartment did not have any windows, which made it feel a bit closed in. the view from the apartment was obstructed, which made it feel dark.

I had a very pleasant surprise during my stay at Barcelona Urban Apartments. When I arrived at the location, I was initially concerned because the taxi driver seemed skeptical about the building. However, the owner, George, assured me that I should at least take a look at the apartment before making a final decision. And boy, am I glad I did! The apartment was clean, spacious, and absolutely lovely. George was incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. He even took the time to sit down with me, asking about my plans and providing me with a detailed map of the area. The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of various attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. I felt safe and had a truly enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend Barcelona Urban Apartments to everyone.

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. Jordi, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with lots of information about the local area. The neighborhood of Gracia is a great location, with a relaxed vibe and plenty of local shops, restaurants, and bars. We loved the fact that it was not crowded with tourists and that we could experience the authentic atmosphere of the city. The apartment itself was well-equipped and comfortable, with a fully functional kitchen and a cozy living room. The double glazed windows also provided excellent soundproofing. The location was also convenient, with the metro station nearby and the city center within walking distance.
Nothing, all excellent.

The apartment and our host were both fantastic! We couldn't have asked for more. The location was great for exploring the city, with key metro stations only a short walk away. The facilities in the apartment were comfortable and clean. And Jordi, our host, was invaluable in his introduction to the apartment and the city. He saved us a lot of time, giving us tips and recommendations that allowed us to confidently explore in the few days we had there.
That the air conditioning unit in the apartment was not sufficient to cool the entire space effectively, which was a challenge in the hot June weather of Barcelona. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall wonderful experience we had.

Despite the negative aspects, the owner, Jordi, was very welcoming and helpful, which was a positive experience. the apartment was within walking distance of famous attractions like Sagrada Familia and other Gaudi buildings. There were also many restaurants, shops, and a market located nearby, which was convenient. the bed linen was clean and the owner did provide a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift, which was a nice touch.
The location was disappointing as it was quite far from the city center and there was no nearby metro stop. It took us a good 35 minutes uphill walk to reach Plaza Catalunya, which was not ideal, especially if you're only staying for a short weekend getaway.

The apartment has a small balcony that offers a charming view of the surrounding area. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the lively streets below come to life.
Needs small maintenance work.

Jordi was an INCREDIBLE host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The apartment, located in a charming old neighborhood, exceeded our expectations with its modern amenities and cleanliness. The free wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and flat-screen TV were all appreciated. Thank you for a mind-blowing stay!
